* 1/2 fresh ham butt or shank (3 1/2 - 4 lbs.)
* salt and pepper to taste
* 1/2 c. BBQ Sauce
* 1/2 c. grape jelly
* 2 tsp. chili powder
1. Prepare medium-hot fire in grill.
2. Season fresh ham roast with salt and pepper.
3. Stir together remaining ingredients.
4. Grill roast over indirect heat in covered grill 1-1/2 hrs. (about 20 min. per pound).
5. The last 30 min., start basting with sauce mixture every 5-10 mins, until internal temperature on a thermometer reaches 145°F.
6. Remove roast from grill and let stand 10 mins. before slicing.
